There are more bad people than good that teach special ed. I wouldn't be surprised at all if those teacher's deserved it.

She disciplined (another article used the word "scolded") one of the students for standing on a chair.
That bitch. Cut her!
This article reports that experts are now saying they doubt the kids would have actually followed through with the attack. That's fine and all, but the fact that a bunch of 9-year-olds were even TALKING about doing something like this in such detail is disturbing -- bringing gloves, assigning kids to cover the windows and others to clean up the blood -- agh!

Or how about - if a teacher is out of line, telling your parents and having them go to the administration?
