DAY 4
Pref Night
So I was so excited for this night and I couldnt wait to find out which two parties I was going to all day. It was around 5pm and I still had not gotten a call from my rho gam so that was good news I was going to at least one party. So they sat us in a room and gave us an invitation saying you have been invited to Pretty in Pink and Sixteen Candles pref parties!!! Then we lined up in alphabetical order to walk to the parties. I was so nervous because I was no longer with the same group of girls. I didnt have Kate behind me to calm me down she since was only invited to Breakfast Club(which is where she really wanted to be so that was good I guess).
Pretty in Pink, We walked in and they annouced our name and we were escorted to a seat where a girl told me why I was invited back and how she thought i would be good for their chapter. I felt so special. We then went into another room for their ceremony which was really sweet and touching.
Sixteen Candles, I was very nervous for this party I saw girls leaving this party crying I didnt know if it was a good cry or if it was a bad cry. I walked in and I was escorted to a seat and given a letter the girl told me one of her sisters wrote this note for me. I read it and it was so sweet and she had even talked about things we had spoken about earlier. I felt like she really listened to me. After reading the girl who had written the note came to me and told me about what her chapter meant to her. We talked and laughed for a while and ate the best red velvet cake I have ever had haha. Then they gave us a red rose was we went to another room for the ceremony. They sang beautiful songs and some seniors talked about their experience. The whole ceremony was a tear jerker every sister up there was crying and so was I. I knew I had I hard choice to make.
We were then lead to a room and told to fill out our pref card. I knew where my heart was leading me but I heard all the girls around me going for the more popular group. I saw lots of girls who were crying as they made their choice some knew exactly what they wanted and what they didnt want so many girl suicided the chapter they really wanted. I didnt know if I should do that or give both groups a chance. Though I liked one group more the other one was just great to be a part of so after like 20 mins of thinking I ranked them:
1. Sixteen Candles
2. Pretty in Pink
