Ever had a cancelled pinning??

our pinning circles were always at the end of chapter, not a separate ceremony or anything. So we never knew if we had one or not until the president announced that we did. So if one was called off, we didn't know about it.

A guess here.... your bf was going to pin you, you found out, but now it's cancelled. And you can't say anything because it was supposed to be a surprise?

Let me know if I am on the right track. Again, with more details we might be able to talk about it.

Same for us, if there was a candlepass for a lavaliering/pinning/engagement, we didn't know about it until after chapter. So unless you were an officer (or close to the girl who's having the pass obviously), you wouldn't ever know it was called off.
