You'd be surprised! Honestly, there seems to be a lineage group for anyone you can imagine! I've seen lists that are up to 100 pages long, including Ellis Island immigrants, potato famine immigrants, every ethnic group, etc. It's truly amazing, and the snob factor just isn't there anymore.

I have a sister-in-law whose family is big in the DAR and they are some of my favorite people in the world so I wouldn't assign any "snobbiness" to any of the groups, I just don't quickly identify with any of them (but I'll look into that Potato Famine one ), so I was really just joshing about.
