I think doing that would leave section 85 (DC, Southern and Eastern Maryland) as the only section entirely on one subway system then.
Is the a recognizable group of 3-5 of the 10Chap +3 Ext that are obviously NYC local?

Yes, There are NJCU, Stevens, and NJIT (Petitioning Group) where you can catch the path directly into NYC. Then there are Montclair (Interest Group) and Willy P (my home chapter), which have nearby rail trains and buses available. Ramapo isn't TOO terribly far either, but I'm too sure what the transportation situation is like there. There is also Seton Hall, which I know has lots of mass transport. So it's definitely doable.

If you have any insight into that group, let me know via PM. This girl on facebook seemed to be all gung ho about it until she pledged Phi Sigma Sigma. I don't know what happened.
I have a friend who is an APO alum from Montclair.

And the one school that should have been in that section RE-VOTED and will not be going there.
Ahhh, the joys of living in the Peoples Republic of Northern Virginia!!

If you think Fairfax county is a Peoples Republic, you haven't lived in Takoma Park or Garrett Park over in Montgomery County. I think one has voted to ban nuclear weapons from passing though the town...
