The attitude I got from his threads is that a chapter that made "bad" recruitment decisions (which he's now come out and said were pledging minorities) deserved the downfall that was a result. If he wants to clarify his posts, I'll hear it... but I think if you re-read his posts you'll see that he does not think that the status quo should change at all. In fact, I think he praises it in the guise of "tradition."
