Companies want to save money by not having real people answering their phones, so they waste a lot of our time.
Drives me nuts.
My time is important.
Good advice from Kevin, though. I hit the "0" button as soon as the recording starts. It works pretty often.

I usually take the "para espanol, oprima dos" option and then say "hablas ingles?" to the operator. It works.
