hee hee I don't know, an argument could be made to say marijuana is "PRACTICALLY legal" in my zip code when the city council passes a resolution to not prosecute for personal possession. yep freedom to smoke out on my front porch. lol

That article used "practically legal," too. LOL.

(Un)fortunately, those who don't use it for medical purposes can't blaze up on porches just yet. It is only a West Hollywood resolution, which "only sends law enforcement a message to leave potheads alone." They couldn't make it an ordinance because marijuana is still illegal based on federal and state law.

They just want it low on the law enforcement priority list (as shinerbock said about where he lives). It makes me wonder if that will be fairly applied across all people or if some people will still be targeted, such as those with a prior record.

True true DST Chaos. Though it is a misdemeanor in CA (assuming you're not carrying so much it becomes "intent to sell") and so no one worries about it too much.

Figures, I don't like marijuana myself and its the one thing the cops look the other way on! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA
