So now you want to make this a political discussion, Daemon or was she talking about his album? I didn't see Larry King but I heard her interview on Baisden. She's so proud of him and says that she's really proud of America's desire for change. It's cool but a campaigning First Lady Candidate is supposed to say that stuff.
Back to the album, I really did laugh when I heard that single on Baisden the other day. I guess it was catchy but the fact that it existed made me laugh out loud.

It is also sometimes used for statements that are random or misplaced as hell. So random and misplaced that no one cares where you got it from or where you're going with it.

I need to get ahold of the single and see if Barack can really spit verse....but you quite simplistcally, why can't the man win a Grammy? Who says that our officials can't have other talents...right?
I mean Bil played a sax, Ronnie was an actor, and George was playing God.

He's reciting one of his speeches. It only sounds "poetical" because it is set to music and vocals.

Ok....DST...
listening to it now...you know what....kinda clever...sorta gives me a 'music soothes the savage beast' or that 'music is universal' kind of a thing....you know...if you want to get thru to the masses...get thru to them using music.
But...what scares me is the same way like people hear 2 Live Crew songs....
they just like it for the beat.

I don't like it but I'll tolerate it because of the beat and vocals. I don't give a darn about what Obama's saying.

Well who is (or was) your candidate of choice?
