My mechanic can't believe a woman has kept a car in the condition my car is in.
He and I have an arrangement. We're going to keep the car running for at least 300,000 miles unless something dangerous goes wrong on it. Only 40,000 miles to go! I got it when it had about 18,000 miles on it and, this year, I will have had it in my possession for twelve years.
