I love coming in here and seeing all the success. I thought this would be the perfect place to ask a question--I did South Beach last fall (thanks for the idea rhoyaltempest! i saw you talk about it in this thread) and lost about 15 pounds. I know it was mostly fat because my body definitely shrank and I dropped a size (shirts AND jeans

). Well, I fell off the wagon, but the weight didn't come back. Instead of yo-yoing back and forth with that Phase 1, I decided to just try to eat healthy and exercise (which I wasn't really doing before), so I've been doing 30 min. cardio 4 times a week for the last two weeks and I've gained 5 pounds.

I've been losing inches according to the tape measure, so that's good, but I can't explain the weight. And if one more person tells me muscle weighs more than fat, I'll scream--I highly doubt I've gained 5 pounds of muscle in 10 days. Any suggestions? I've been drinking water like a fish, so is my body holding onto that?
