You know what, last season we found out that Mike from RW NY was raised in a home where he was taught that black people were inferior and people were ALL OVER that boy about him and his beliefs. It was no excuse that he had been taught that blacks were inferior, he should know better as a rational adult.

Now I am not one to equate sexuality and race, but I think that people are being really hypocritical here (not you kiml22, but people on this board in general).

Standing by what you were taught means nothing if you were taught to be intolerant and to hate. And for me, that means hating anybody, not just because of color, but because of sexuality, religion or whatever else makes us different as human beings. You can't say that his beliefs are ok because that's what he was taught JUST because this time he happens to be htaing gays and not another race. Hate is hate and intolerance is intolerance.

Same way that Walla Walla should have known that men were going to be on this show, he should have known that gays were going to be on this show- if he was going to have a problem with gay people, or living with a gay person he should not be there. Does he expect his roomate to not live his life because of his beliefs? I don't think so.
APPLAUSE!!!

Exactly!

In MY humble opinion..Theo is either a closet homosexual, or very curious. He talks about how disgusting male homosexuality is entirely TOO much. Convincing himself or his roomates? Hard to tell. Also, I guess I was the only one who found his behavior last week to be extremely rude and out of order. True it was his right to have guests, but it was also his responsibility to make sure they were considerate of his other roommates. How he reacted when the roomates confronted him was very immature also. All he can say is "Shut up, shut up, shut up!"? Imma need Theo to do better. It is one thing to stand by your convictions, it is yet another to act stubborn just to try to appear hard.

As for WW... I think I would have already been kicked off this season for whoopin' it. I have so little tolerance for drama queens/attention-needy people (PG language).
