That's why I make sure that there is a cut in it or something and I refuse to take it back if I notice it's the same piece of meat. If they refuse to serve me something else I have no problems calling the manager and threatening to call the health dept.

I once saw waitresses in a bathroom eating mozzarella sticks they took from the kitchen. Yuck. (This was in Applebee's). You bet something was said to the manager.

Also, I didn't know waiters and waitresses had to pay tax on what they serve, why is this? Tax is already paid by the customer.
