grab some letters not in use. start calling yourself the "XYZ" sorority. recruit 1 other person. and you are done.

A lot will depend on the size of the school, if they are interested in starting a grrek life there, if there is enough interest by the students.

If the answer is yes then this is a start.

But as someone mentioned is the answer to the above items enough that a Greek Organization will want to come there.
