And then some of us bitch about how they wouldnt accept someone who isnt 18-21. If ya'll dont want the stereotype, dont fluckin act it. k? Geez. FYI , the college demographic is CHANGING. the day of the 18-21 year old is OVER. If your org is even planning to excell in the 21st century, ya betwer damnyn well accept the fact that the future of college life looks alot different than the past of college life. I.E., thre future of greek life looks a lot different than the past of greek life. The stats speak for themselves.

Older members make great assets. I was initiated with a guy named william who was 36! He had been in the millitary, then ran a real estate co. for several years before going back to college and moving into the house and going greek. He was a hella better brother than some of the fools I got in with. MESSAGE PART II, "I'd rather have a brother/member as an officer who has a bit of life experience and can handle crap thansome ass 18 year old with ZERO life experience. In todays Greek World, theres no room and/or time for on the job learning. Sorry, but lifesaver is too busy to play kindergarten teacher. I've had enough of holding hands and wiping noses.
