what I said has to do with the fact that you stated--it is more commonly diagnosed in males, thus there is a greater chance of the link being the father.
And please don't personalize this discussion. You are comparing apples to oranges here.

I think you're the one comparing apples to oranges. Just because it's more commonly diagnosed in males =/= "a genetic disposition connected to the father." Baldness occurs most often in males, but it's a genetic trait passed down through the mother.
And I'm sorry if you think I'm personalising this discussion. I realize that there are other dynamics at play in this particular thread and with RM. Still, though, I stand by what I said. I think the question you asked -- "As a person with AS why would you even consider bringing a child into the world?" -- was out of line and bordered on offensive. And as I think you would agree, we are both in a position to say whatever we want to say on a message board that is open to the public.

To your first sentence: while I know Wiki is not always the best source, many times it is. This is the statement I read there: Asperger described common symptoms among his patients' family members, especially fathers, and research supports this observation and suggests a genetic contribution to Asperger syndrome.
To your second paragraph: so noted.

Yes, indeed there is. And the biggest one is that they need to stop coming into my org's forum being intentionally disruptive and inflammatory and to take their axe-grinding antics somewhere else.

I know this is a difficult concept for you, but THIS IS A PUBLIC WEBSITE, and the KAPPA forum is open for ANYONE to post in.

I think this thread has finally gotten the attention (and length) that condolence threads deserve.
And I hope the Krappas are supporting you through all of this. Whatever this is.

LG you personalized this discussion when you came in here casting aspersions on my character and being intentionally offensive. Let's not enforce double standards, ok?

Right--personalized to you, not MysticCat.
