yea if i do transfer it will be purely for better academics at a business school and i don't plan on leaving the south until i go to grad school which will probably be in the north

Dude, you are going to one of the best business schools in the country and you want to transfer? I think you should stay at USC. And yes, I'm bias because I graduated from there.
