Alpha Phi Alpha: i'm guessing there isnt one, as Lambda is reserved for graduate chapters? (yup! confirmed)
Alpha Kappa Alpha: NYC Metro Chapter (Columbia/NYU), 1922
Kappa Alpha Psi: Temple Univ, 1920
Omega Psi Phi: Univ of Southern California, 192?*
Delta Sigma Theta: Chicago Metro Chapter (introduced at Univ of Chicago), 1921
Phi Beta Sigma: Virginia Union University, year?
Zeta Phi Beta: Allen University (SC), year?
Sigma Gamma Rho: Frankfort, Kentucky, 1928**
Iota Phi Theta: Prairie View A&M, 1971
*originally chartered as Norfolk, VA graduate chapter, now Lambda Omega

Our Lambda chapter was chartered in 1921 as a mixed chapter introduced at U. of Chicago. Two of our Founders initiated the chartering. It is now a city-wide chapter.
