So I'm a copycat. Sue me. I'm taking the easy road here, I'm starting with Alpha! (I also realize that we may name chapters differently, ie. some org's use "alumnae chapter" vs letter designation for graduate chapters, or perhaps there's a different order you name your UG chapters? throw in a note where necessary).

Omega Psi Phi--Gamma Chapter, Boston Univ. (Boston City) 1918

*The original Gamma Chapter was the Indianapolis Alumni Chapter, but it went inactive shortly after its initial existence. The subsequent chapter located U. of Iowa, originally chartered as Delta Chapter, was reassigned as Gamma Chapter. In 1920, the Indianapolis Alumni Chapter was "revived" under its present name.

Interesting trivia note: While the Indianapolis Alumni Chapter may have existed originally as Gamma Chapter, when it was revived in 1919, it was then the third alumni chapter in Kappa to be chartered ("Gamma Alumni", so to speak). So in a sense, Indianapolis Alumni Chapter became Gamma Chapter all over again. :)
