HHMMM ... the first thing I thought of was a house blessing service ... but probably not appropriate ... LOL ...

I'd say write up something your self ... and then share with the rest of us ...

if its to be an open ceremony than maybe revolve it around the symphony and/or founders' day ceremony .. if closed more like a re-dedication of initiation vows.
