I had an apologetics teacher in highschool that LOVED to tell that story, and follow up with "Isn't getting 'called home' the ultimate goal? I just sent him a post card that said 'Say "Hi" to the Big Guy for me'".

Do any of you see poor preachers like in this profession?
Oral Roberts, Jimmy Falwell, James Baker, Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson,etal? No.
So, where does the money come from and where does it go?

Al Sharpton is a real piece of work.
Claims he has not money; that he is paid by his foundation or what ever it is.
He has also never paid his, IIRC, civil fines from the Brawlly (sp) case. Never speaks of it.
