A "bad" neighborhood is...
A "decent" neighborhood is...
A "good" neigborhood is...
An "excellent" neighborhood is...

A "bad" neighborhood is...high crime, low income, boarded up homes, high police visibilty

A "decent" neighborhood is...somewhat upkept but has it's rough edges, mix of owners and renters, relatively safe

A "good" neigborhood is...more owners than renters, low crime, low trash, a place to raise kids


An "excellent" neighborhood is... is there such a thing?
