You can do it girl. My weight hasn't moved all summer but guess what I did?
I used to drink 3-4 sodas a DAY. I'm down to only one and some days I don't even drink any! I drink water, water and more water. That's HUGE for me.
I also haven't had red meat or pork for weeks. I'm not giving it up

just trying not to have it all the time.
Little changes like that keep me going...I just need to find my rhythm.
Once I do.... BAM!!!
