It should've happened when he made the statement that he could take away their lives with a stroke of his pen. The fact that he actually is getting to do it is simply ridiculous. It can be argued that these young men would not be on trial today if he had DONE HIS JOB and actually pursued the initial hate crime instead of threatening the victims.

I still want to know where the people from all over the nation that called for Nifong's head are.

I have written a letter to the governor. I am thinking that I will also call. I don't know what else to do besides that, but this is definitely a travesty.
