also, "Recruitment more than one chapter" replacing "Rush more than one chapter", haha

Have Fraternities gone to using Recruitment instead of Rush as well?

Is it an official NIC/IFC thing or a campus-to-campus thing?

No, it is not an official NIC/IFC term used.

LXA was the first to drop Pledge and use new associate, there changed from rush to recruiting new associates.
