Judging from the OP's first post, "Kate" is most likely a pseudonym.
Still, it's really in poor taste to post any speculation, especially since mom hasn't officially posted the result.
I've seen people steal PNMs thunder in the past by posting where she went. Please don't let that happen again.

Sorry for the delay, I had to call Kate’s father, Kate’s grandma, Kate’s sister, etc,
So, at 3:07pm the cell phone rings!........
There is so much screaming going on in the background I cannot hear anything. After two more attempts at contacting her via cell phone. I receive a text message from Kate.
It reads…….
I am one of the newest citizens of Ireland!
Now, I know I owe you all more of this story then that and I will give it to you later tonight, but, as luck would have it, Kate's sister has a swim meet at 4pm and I have to leave my computer to take her to it. I thought I would at least give you this much so you wouldn't have to wait until tonight to hear the news (and because I thought you all might kill me if I didn't tell you anything until tonight!).
Full story coming later tonight! Just know Kate is happy and is having a good time hanging out in Ireland at this time…..
