I am! I am 36 weeks along with #3 (all boys)
As for morning sickness-mine was pretty bad as well. Have you tried vitamin b6 suppliments? Those helped me some. Also, try cola syrup- basically it's the same stuff they use for coke/pepsi but it is a syrup (not carbonated) and without the caffine. I would put that over ice and sip on it. Finally, I found that carbs/sugar made my morning sickness much worse, so I tried to snack on proteins- cheese sticks, grilled chicken strips, etc.

Unfortunately, there is no cure for morning sickness- only time! You should feel better by week 16
