I just figured I'd put in my 2 cents...I like the Tri Delta and Gamma Phi badges best (besides my own) but I think the ones in "shapes" (key, kite, etc) are really unique as well. I'd love to see pics of the NPHC badges---I've never seen any of them.
A note about the Phi Mu badge...it comes in many combinations..gold edges, scrolled, pearls, rubies, and a variety of stones. Mine is the very "bare bones" badge with only gold edges (no gems) and I think I actually prefer it over the ones with pearls.
