http://theskanner.com/011219/pdxnews_01.html)Only Congress could give a tax break and if they did, trust it would not be a secret. The NAACP would be publiczing it on every corner!
The real danger is that people will call the number and give their PERSONAL INFO
because a forwarded email said to and they don't even know who they are talking to.
As for reparations- I cannot even begin to imagine what could make up for the injustices this country ha committed. Or undue the lingering results of the injustices. Still, any tax break is a good taax break if it is for me!
