With SGRho, did they form the first BGLO for women educators just to get their foot in the door and then decide to amend their constitution?

There is no such requirement since as we have seen in numerous threads where any group of like-minded people can form a GLO.

Also to take it further there is no such requirement to be admitted into the NPHC if a GLO wants to join.

Now I suspect a school might make that a requirement for a new GLO to be recognized as a student organiztion at THAT school.

Of course I can't speak on NPC or IFC.
