Hey Nicole,
If you can't think of any "foundation" related projects, you could also do a project for your local philanthropy. Like for example, last fall (fall 06) recruitment, my chapter did a project where we decorated cards for the local children's hospital.
We tied in the Alpha Phi Foundation by showing a video on how heart disease is the #1 killer in women.
The actives were able to talk to the PNMs while watching the video and doing the project.
