Hey, this is my first post on GC! How exciting! Anyway...I was our VP Recruitment this past fall for our formal recruitment. And let me tell you I was STRESSED! I wish that I had started doing the display boards and all of that a lot earlier...but my sisters stayed up late helping out so it was fine. I was so nervous and scared, but all of my sisters and advisors told me that it was the best recruitment they'd seen yet. And you know what!? It all turned out great because we got quota plus 1!
My best advice for all you recruitment chairs out there is to start early, because it sneeks up on ya! Good luck to you all!
