Ok, me again....
I'll bite. I think it's great that another non-collegiate community sorority has formed if it filling a niche, which it appears it has. I think that's very good. I don't like the implication on their web site that they are above other GLOs, but I do think the fact that they have chosen Greek letters says a lot: imitation is the highest form of flattery after all. And it appears they're a sisterhood composed of women empowering other women-- a very honorable undertaking not unlike the many other collegiate and community GLO's out there. I think that is great.
For anyone new to Greek Chat, welcome. This is a public message board where people are, for the most part, free to say what they want. If you don't like it, take your ball and go home. That's just how we roll here and it works for 99% of the folks here.
