Since SECdomination pledged Kappa Sigma which is Josh, (congrats by the way), then that leaves Brad as Sigma Chi.

There are always improvements- painting, landscaping, new furniture inside, etc.
The Tri-Delt house is stunning! I feel bad for KD and ZTA- their houses are beautiful in their own right but are now in the shadows of Tri-Delt.

I don't mean to offend anyone, but the new Tri-Delta house is probably the most GLO gorgeous house I have ever seen. It is amazing. For anyone not from Florida, let me explain. It is a three story, colonial style brick mansion that houses 72 girls. There are three (I wonder why great big columns columns that sit in the front and it dwarfs every other house in the area. UF has some wonderful houses don't get my wrong and a few are a close second, but this takes the cake. I can't find a pic, but if I do will post it.
