Hmm tents outside the houses. A presitgious house amongst a few smaller fraternities. A large mansion off campus where students who attended Stanton were at.
Maybe this is at Florida . . .
But I've never seen fraternity rush elsewhere so I have little to go on in guessing the OP's location!
