Okay I'm showing my age here, but are Rainbows to today's college kids what Birkenstock's were to mine (early/mid 90s). Basically expensive but indistructible sandals that mold to your feet that you never want to take off even though they look like crap?
This made the whole expensive flip-flop trend so much clearer to me.
And anyone who thinks the pair of Rainbows shown on the front page is a particularly attractive shoe isn't really well qualified to disparage the appearance of Birkenstocks.
So you are saying that all of the millions of people who own Rainbows are lacking in the fashion sense area. I thought that if it was something that people liked and thought looked good, they usually bought them, and as other people thought they looked good, they too invested in such an item. Well I guess the majority of people must be wrong here

Lots of people wear Crocs, but that hardly makes them not ugly. Just saying. (I own a pair of knockoff Crocs for work.)

You're retarded. Is that clear, lucid, or translucent enough for you?
