I don't, but my sister does. She loves it in that she gets to use those Fridays off to volunteer at the kids' schools and to take time for herself, doctor appointments, etc etc. She does have to work year round, but still gets the district's holidays, plus her own vacation time.

Initially, you may feel it being tiring since you'll have to get accustomed to that schedule, but probably once you're used to it, you may find the benefits.

The school system's central office personnel usually takes this schedule in the summer. One of our sorors in another district hates this schedule. She'd rather work 1/2 day on Friday, rather than not work on Friday and not have the extended work day or the work day not extended as much. I believe they now work from 7:30-5 until the latter part of July.
