I'm reading 
Retro-recruitment threads are kind of like watching a re-rerun episode of your favorite TV show that you missed during the season. You know at the season's end that everything turned out ok for the characters on the show, but that un-seen re-run still carries an element of suspense! LOL
From one UCF Knight to another, I'm enjoying reading about recruitment nearly a decade after my experience!

More! More! More! I have to work until 5p! Great story though! It was tough going through recruitment and wondering what you did wrong or why a group didn't like you.
But, in the end, we all end up exactly where we belong. That's what I believe anyway.

Really? Sororities have ranks and tiers? I never knew that!!! And silly me thinking that the only thing that mattered when you were rushing is how you perceived the actual sorority at your actual campus! Wow, if I'd only known, then surely I would have been more concerned with these "national elite rankings" because that would really have made me more elite and prestigious at my campus, despite the campus culture or my own personal feelings about said elite organizations.
/Sorority tiers exist. The only place they matter is in your mind.

I was sort of thinking the same thing - obviously we all know that on an individual campus it happens, maybe even in a cluster of nearby campuses where students interact quite a bit.
But I don't think its terribly relevant on a national level...at least not to the extent that she was describing.

Since the 3 chapters' names aren't mentioned directly, I'm sure she meant that AEPhi is one of those "absolutely wonderful" sororities.
