In a way - I really compared them to the psuedo-archaeologists and psuedo-scientists that promoted ideology as science and fact, twisted evidence and knowledge to conform to this ideology, and lastly the ones that laid the groundwork and foundations for the subsequent horrors inflicted across Europe as this ideology became more accepted and extreme. So not the those who actually conducted the sick and twisted experiments or medical tests, but rather those who paved the way for an acceptance of this evil by rejecting science or twisting science in order to further ideology.
Besides it not just the Creationists I hold this contempt for - I feel the same way about Holocaust Deniers/Apologists, the various museums and organizations the Scientologists have out there attacking Psychology & Psychiatry, Racial Supremists, Biblical Psuedo-Archaeologists, Social Darwinists, etc.
