Leadership more than likely. He was a very successful recruitment chair -- probably single-handedly brought us up a tier. Then he was E.C., an excellent one, I might add. Then he was Recruitment again... I think he really redefined that position for us... got the VBR thing off the ground... and is just a generally good guy.
I think he was in student government as well.. but he wasn't when I was.
