To discount the 'traditional' component seems odd, since it's clear from the responses here that there is, indeed, that 'presumption' and that it's far beyond "you don't need one" - he's been called gay, dude. That's not "you don't need support!"

I can understand a fat guy with bigger boobs than me wearing a sports bra or the good old dependable Playtex 18 Hour bra for comfort's sake. A lot of them probably do. That's a lot different than going to Victoria's Secret and getting a pink lacy concoction. As some of the better endowed women on here have mentioned, Vicky's isn't exactly the best for larger sizes. Someone with a male back with backfat on it would have issues getting one to fit.
