Sorry but I must be missing something here?
Part of the OP posted a part of the article and then posted a link to the rest of it which filled in much more.
It should be important to let fellow Greeks know what is going on and it many times is hard to get a link from the reports I get as they are not listed.
Therefore, I cannot post these because of TOS. That should be the most imprtant part, showing how GLO's may do errors, but as is said, there are other factors involved.
While I do not agree, I have to follow the rituals of posting.
