Well, I am officially off track.... again. However, it's not a "bad" off track. I am just in the midst of finals and it is damn near impossible for me to maintain any form of "normal" routine during this time. I am studying for hours and hours on end. I snack like crazy (but I try to restrict my snacking to fruit, 100 calorie packs, yogurt, and such). As far as exrcise go, I am getting NONE. I CAN NOT wait until finals end on the 7th so I can get back into my routine.
Highlight: Since I have't washed clothes in weeks and was without anything even remotely decent to leave home in, I started to dig around in an old crate of "small" clothes that I packed away when they ABSOLUTELY didn't fit anymore. Well, I decided to pull out a pair of pants and THEY FIT!! I pulled out more and more garments and more and more started to fit! While not all of them fit comfortably, in about 10 more pounds, I'll be able to wear them out of the house without looking like a damn fool. So, that's my "YAHHH ME!" moment of the week!

This made me LOL! And I know you are all "YAHHH ME," but let me make you do it some more, lol. Not only are you still cute in your recently-fitting clothes, you don't have to buy new clothes for your recently-smaller body!!! How nice to be able to just pull out clothes that fit!!!! FOR FREE!!!!!
And besides, May 7th will be here before you know it. And you're snacking all smart.
Go Soror!

I can definitely see the difference! Keep up the good work!! Maybe you should set up a free Fotki album, if you don't already have an online album. I know that pictures help me in charting my progress. I'll be sending the link out to mine as soon as finals end.

Y'all, I go grocery shopping today. I start FS tomorrow. And this time, I'm going all out. I haven't had any real caffeine in days, and that's the hardest part for me. I haven't really been eating bread like normal, either. Since I'm coming off the No Money Diet (see My Fantastic Voyage), this is the best time for me to start. And I need to re-train myself how to eat. So I'ma give FS my ultimate all.
Soror RD, I'll be PMing you shortly.

*bump*
How is May starting out for everyone? It's been good so far for me, I've dropped 3 more lbs. I'm convinced that I just lose weight in chunks, I don't have a consistent weight loss week to week.
I also have a job interview next week and I've been regulating my eating as well. I tend to eat when I'm nervous so whenever I feel a bit nervous, I start to write in my notebook or drink some water. I don't want to pack 5 lbs from nervous eating before an interview.

NSV -- almost forgot to mention ...
Every year a ring vendor comes to my job to take orders. When we had a break in the action I came up to the table yesterday and had the rep size me. My ring finger is a size ... drumroll please ...
8!
To put this in perspective, last year I was a size 9.5, and my wedding ring from 3.5 years ago is a size 12!

WHY WHY WHY!! Why do I have to come back to this thread?
Why becuase of Taco Cabana, McDonalds, Cookies, Fukee Chinese, Popeyes Tuedsay Special and damn it food is delicious!
However I am turning the big 3-0 in August and I must loose 30 lbs for turning 30!!
Whats even more depressing is I found my measurements from the gym when I got in shape for my wedding and they are so way off now. I think I will keep a pictorial jpurney.
I have on a size 14 skirt right now

Jill, congrats on the big loss! ITA w/ BB91; journaling is important. What I like best about it is I can go back and look at weeks that I gained or how I was eating to make me gain/lose. For me, it's more than just the accountability.
Soror Wonderful, you always take the weight off. I'm sure this 30lbs will be a distant memory in no time. And you know we're here for you!
May is going great for me! Did y'all know that since 1983, May has been observed as National Physical Fitness and Sports Month? I found out the other day and thought that it was ironic that I'd started FS on May 1st. Y'all!!! I'M STILL ON PLAN!!! And it's Day 6!!! I'm not complaining or longing for it to be over or anything. I'm actually kinda enjoying myself. Cooking stuff I've never cooked before. Made my very first smoothies. Learning new things. Decided to stick it out for the full 90 days. Why not? It's helping me eat more Core foods (which I think is a healthier plan for me than Flex Points, because I'll eat 24 points worth of ANYTHING). I honestly believe I'll be healthier when I'm done. Right now, I'm counting points with it, but today or tomorrow I'ma go back over the past week and check off all the Core foods. I may not have to even count any WAP. Yeah I will, rice cakes. Anyway, FS ain't so bad after all. I kinda like it.
Today is the Flying Pig Marathon here in Cinci. After Pilates class, I'ma go down to the finish line so I can see what people look like when they get done. I kinda need to know what the end will be like.

WI Report (Late)
Last Sunday I was up 1.8 thanks to good old TofM and had to reclaim my seat in the 180s -- just barely. Well, thanks to plenty of walking, and all other kinds of exercise (33 APs total) I was down 3.2 -- and out of the 180s for good!
I had to weigh and run because of Selective Service training, but I will receive my 130-lb star at a meeting tomorrow.
I am 7.4 lbs from my 150-lb reward trip (Baltimore, here I come)! Hope everyone had a great day!
