Yes Tom, the whole issue here is that boys as young as 10 have a correctly functioning penis, not that they're using it in an adult manner in the middle of a crowded classroom. I love how you continually miss the point.

A different way to put it would be that boys never don't get erections. From infants on up.

True, but when responding to Earp, sometimes you go with the basics.

If I remember my sex ed correctly they can have erections but not usually ejaculate until puberty. Whether these guys were pre or post pubescent I don't know.

Well, the male penis can erect at a young age because of the feelings of the mind.

Kids today are becoming more grown up as we speak. Why, because they are being taught that way!

My first sexual experience was in the seventh grade if you do not count playing Dr. and nurse before then!

ASUADPi brought up a good point. I teach 8th grade and we have some students who have actually aged out of the system. There are several students in my class who are 16 already! They should be 13 or 14. It is quite possible that these 5th graders were older. There is a 6th grader who is 11 at my school and pregnant. I am not really sure what the solution is, but we definitely need to provide more classes geared towards sexual awareness or whatever.

Um...the news article gave the ages of the kids. We know how old they are.
