Disrespecting AKA? Without question! Regardless of what they claim, they are disrespecting AKA big time.
But nothing these sad excuses pull can tarnish AKA's fine reputation. Feel angry, but don't feel humiliated.

Cosign, and this goes for any of the D9 sororities.

Somehow I'm doubting that the founders of AKA would see much honor here, or that the members of AKA see much respect.

I know. LOL. And they are sweating bullets right now.
They were smart enough to not be caught in photos but dumb enough to do it in the first place, knowing that bad news travels fast.

Well whoops...
I don't get this, so I don't have an opinion on it, but I do have an opinion on a woman helping pledge guys like the sorority they emulate...
That is a NO. NO.

Thank you for your response(you too ladygreek and IncontRHOllable).

It seems as miAKAs are stuck on this Wade Lyle character. I would also like for someone to explain. I've communicated with a few members of the phirst pham, and they don't even know who he is. There is no written information pertaining to Wade in their history books. He can't be tied to the Lyle family. I've also talked with some 'UG male AKAs' that I know in Atlanta, and they don't even know Wade Lyle. With that said, Wade Lyle(along with miAKA's history) is just like Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, and the Tooth Fairy. All you have to do is believe.

Well...the women tha help us have nothing to fear!!! Like it says in our code we love AKA's and most defintiely respect them...Their Identities will remain a secret!! They help becuase they want to..and we enjoy their help!! Secondly,.."MIAKA" Is something in the Gay community it was never meant to surface on the campus of TSU hence the name "UNDERGROUND" those gus in Texas have taken it to a another level!!!..But little do peole know there are UG DELTAS,..they not only wear the clothes and attire of DST,..but also, know DST history becuase there are female members of Delta Sigma Theta,Inc. that help with their pledging process..we understand that we are not AKA's the actually believe because they know history and have gone through the process they are officail members of DST!! There also would be UG ZETAS and UG SGRHOS but no one is really interested in them in TN!! Also, the lies about the males joining a UG sorority because the were denied by a fraternity...FALSE!! In actuallity..some of the men in Ug sororiites are in actual frats!! People have to understand that the African-American Gay community is a totally different world...What we do we try to keep secretive!! Like I've stated before although G sorors ar taken serious to us...We know that in regular society they would be considered "taboo" that's why we were meant to be a secret and it has been kept secret at TSU for many years now!!

All good secrets aren't really secrets.
So they do have something to fear. That's really not for you to worry about, though. Because you aren't an AKA.

There are many great points that are made in this post. To all sorority members, what would you do if you found out your sorors were giving information to men who want to pledge your sorority via an underground method? To all fraternity members, how would you feel if you knew your frat brother was a part of one of these UG sororities?
Contrary to belief, these things do happen. I reside in Atlanta which is very acceptable to gay men. A lot of my friends are gay. Therefore, I've seen a whole lot of things while around them whether it be in a club or at their house. I've seen members of at least two different sororities strolling and chanting with them in the clubs. I've seen them discussing sorority information. I've also seen members of a few fraternities(to include Masons) being members of different UG sororities. Seeing is believing.
