Being invited to pref means they like you. Does it guarantee a bid? No. But I'd say they've likely brought you along this far for a reason. This is really only a guess though.

Go into pref positively. Even knowing WAY more details than you provided, it'd be impossible to say for sure or even with any sort of certainty your chances.

No one here can say whether you will receive a bid because membership selection decisions are up to the chapter and are private. Also, every sorority conducts informal recruitment differently and will take a varying number of women. Being invited to pref is definitely a good thing though. It means you've made a good enough impression for them to seriously consider you for membership. Good luck!

It really depends on the number of spots they have open, since informal is ususally based on the number of open spots, and not a set quota. (At least on my campus it was.)
