Well, one of our shirts says "They're the queens of the jungle" or something like that. I don't have it with me right now to check, but I liked it, even if it's a little lame. I'm sure others can do better, lol. I can get back to you with what it was later.
It doesn't have specifically to do with the 'queen' imagery you said you wanted to use, but for our recruitment two years ago we used the theme "There's No Lion - We're the Best!"
