i dont think shed be that selfish to commit suicide right after birthing a child.

it is kinda eery news. but i think between the stress/depression and using Trimspa (assuming that she actually used the product since she was the spokesperson) cant be good for the heart.

I was just watching her interview last night on Entertainment Tonight... she seemed so out of it. (I'm sure it was taped a couple of weeks ago.)

My sister just called to tell me about the death. She lives in Hollywood, not far from the hospital where Smith was brought.

Oh, I'm sure the media in South Florida is jumping all over this... GCer Curlygirly (now a news producer) must be having a crazy day!

Daniellyn (sp?) will definitely need a paternity test now. That poor baby! Losing her mom and brother. Let's hope she ends up issue-free when she gets older, but the odds are stacked against her

On another message board I frequent, someone wondered if Howard K. Stern had anything to do with this. For some reason, this person thought that Stern was slimy and was somehow involved with psychologically screwing her over.

I get the feeling that the baby isn't really his, either.

People are speculating that he's a gold digger trying to get rid of people that would stand in the way of Anna's money. With Anna and her son now gone, the money would just go to him, basically, since the daughter is just a baby. He is legally her husband, after all.

i entertained that thought as well. wasnt there talk about how he had something to do with the son's death?

My bet is intentional overdose. The lawsuit this week may have been the last straw.

Psychotropic drugs have numerous potentally lethal side effects and there doesn't even have to be an overdose involved to have them occur.

If there is an overdose it may be unintentional---not keeping track of the last time you took a dose or thinking that gee, one pill almost did the trick, howzabout this time I take two?

Or well, that didn't work, let me try this. And maybe a glass or two of wine would help me relax, since all the stuff I just took isn't doing the job.

Frankly, Anna Nicole looked a bit shlogged in recent interviews. I can understand her desire to numb the pain of her son's death and I think we can be pretty certain that she was medicated in an attempt to do so but perhaps this was a factor in her own death?

I know. That was the last story I saw on ET last night. I am totally surprised.

I think this is a really really sad situation.

She was so young to die and just had a baby.

I don't really think she'd be that selfish to commit suicide after having a baby.

There's been so much craziness though over the baby's father and all kinds of stuff.

I actually just heard of the TrimSpa lawsuit this morning on my way to work. I think it's the dumbest thing ever. (Maybe the reason you're not losing weight is not just because of TrimSpa, but because you don't put the Krispy Kremes down.....)

i hadn't heard this until just now. the thing that i thought was weird was in one of the articles it listed a timeline....1:38 private nurse calls desk to request 911...1:45 body guard starts cpr. it seems so odd that the nurse didn't start cpr. umm, anyone who takes a cpr class knows that with an adult, you call 911, then start cpr immediately. it will be interesting to see what comes out in the next few days.
