How did I miss this thread??

I'm a lipgloss-and-go girl. Heaven knows my commuter-rail trip is long enough to put on a full face of makeup, but 99% of the time I just shove a lipgloss in my pocket and book it for the train. Eyeshadow lurks in my work bag in case I decide to go out after work.

I got a sampler of 5 MAC lipglass shades a few months ago, in various shades of pink, and I usually carry one of those. When I wear red, I use a Prescriptives lip gloss, which I call "lip-repellent" - I have to reapply it so often that it's seriously annoying. I won't be buying Prescriptives again. The MAC stays on, though I usually have to reapply after lunch, but that's better than reapplying every five minutes.

Estee Lauder recently came out with a brand of lip gloss called DoubleWear Lip Stains. They "claim" that they are long wearing (I guess as much as a lip gloss could be) so I bought one a few weeks ago. I really like it and it actually does last a while too.

My other recent purchase was Tootsie Roll lip gloss.

I just got one of the Lorac Mocktails glosses as a free gift with a Sephora purchase. They sent me "Sex on the Beach" which is a sheer pink gloss. I have to say, it does smell suspiciously like a tropical drink and is pretty on. It doesn't last very long, but what gloss does?
