Lipgloss Addicts, Come Forward!

I am absolutely addicted to lipgloss. It's the one item I cannot pass on when I'm shopping. I KNOW I can't be the only one on here who has this problem. :)

So, how many tubes of lipgloss do you own? I have five in my purse, and who knows how many at home.

ME! :D

I don't wear much makeup, but lipgloss is the one thing I can't go without.

I am a lipgloss addict! I couldn't tell you how many I own. But my favorites are...

~ Sweetalk by Victoria Secret in Strawberry (it smells and even taste yummy. Your man will absolutely love kissing you with this on).

~Juicy Tubes by Lancome. I know I have at LEAST 5 tubes of this stuff and I love it. It lasts on your lips for a long time.

~Hard Candy lipgloss in Rootbeer. Love the color and taste.

~ Caboodles Lipgloss in the small sqeeze container. They come in tons of colors/flavors but my favorites are Cherry Jiggle and Strawberry Shimmy.

These are just my favorites. I have tons of tubes though. I haven't bought lipstick in almost a year!

On my "Hated it" list are the following:

~Christian Dior (BLAH) I'm really starting to hate their make-up because this is like the 3rd thing I have bought from them that was crappy. Their mascara and lipstick were the first two.

~Mary Kay. This stuff only last on my lips for like 10 minutes tops.

~Avon GlazeWear. I didn't like it

My name is Ann Marie and I am a lipgloss-a-holic.

I carry atleast 5 different flavors/scents/brands in my purse at once, keep 3 in my desk draw and about 1,238 in my home at once :p

Seriously. I love lipgloss and chapsticks. I always get a stocking full at Christmas.. the hubby and my Mom know that is ALWAYS a crowd pleaser.

I currently use Prescriptives in Metor 08. It's kinda got a peppermint smell to it.

I love it, but I'm really picky about it. It has to be just the right flavor/shade/consistancy or I will throw it away.

The Mary Kay gloss wand / liquid lipstick is amazing! It is so shiny and colors my lips (I have a dark nude color, and it looks so good as a gloss). I gotta disagree with HoneyKiss, it lasts a while until you eat / drink / kiss.

I like Urban Decay lip gunk and MAC lipglass.

Hmmm, this may be something new. I was talking about their Signature lipgloss
http://www.marykay.com/PWS/Color/ima...Gloss_Hero.jpg

When I used it, the tubes were taller and a lot slimmer.

Is the gloss wand/liquid lipstick something new? :) I'm still upset that they stopped making their lip laquer a few years ago. :( Now that stuff STAYED on your lips, so if they now have something similiar, I'm game to try it. :)

I'm not an addict. I don't carry around more than .... *counts items in her makeup bag*.... eight different lip glosses!

My favorite ones these days are:

Sunny Boy and Flight of Fancy by M*A*C* (from their Lipglass line)
Geisha by Pout (their lipglosses smell SO GOOD!)

The Revlon glosses are my fall-back items for when I'm not feeling so flush, but I pretty much exclusively wear M*A*C*. I rarely if ever wear lipstick - I'm a liner/gloss kind of girl.

I'm not sure what the technical name of it is  it is liquid lipstick in that it tints your lips, but it is mostly gloss.. hence the name that I err um made up. I got it as a Christmas present. I'll try to find out what it's called for you. :)

ME! ME! ME!

I have been addicted to Bonnie Bell lip smackers-in the roll on for a very long time. The stores around me stopped carrying it-- I tried others but they are too thick.
But NYC makes the same sutff--not thick, not sticky- just perfect. I can't live w/o that stuff!

I thought this was going to be a thread for Chap Stick addicts which I am. I need a tube by me at all times or else my lips get really dry. I keep one in my purse, car, office desk and by my bed. I have washed and dried many tubes because they were in my pockets.

Anyway, my personal favorite lip gloss is Bonnie Bell's Lip Smackers in Dr. Pepper.

I have that one and I love it. In fact, it is my current lipgloss favorite!

I'd have to go and count them, but I would guess that I probably have between 15 and 20 lipglosses.

I'm such a gloss addict. I use MAC clear lipglass and various Juicy Tubes. I'm also a fan of Rosebud Strawberry lis salve (from Sephora)...it's for when you want a little gloss but not too much!

PlymouthDZ 09-29-2005 03:42 PM

Oh! I absolutely LOVE the dessert flavored shimmer glosses form Bath & Body Works... YUM!

You can NEVER go wrong with Bonne Bell!

Oh! Sally Hanson Liquid Diamonds (I think that's the name) is AWESOME. I buy the clear gloss with glitter in it for special occasions.. it looks SO pretty on! (and they are cheap!)

I'm on my way to Target now... maybe I'll buy a new tube... hahaha ;) :p
